Jim Tracy is the first President of the Woodrow Wilson Academy of Teaching and Learning, an innovative new graduate school of STEM teacher preparation founded in collaboration with MIT. The Stanford University Ph.D. is a leading national voice on education innovation, workforce development, and the use of technology in lifelong learning and training. Dr. Tracy has also been an education advisor to Singularity University and has served on the Board of Boston University’s Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future. He currently serves on the advisory board of Boston University’s Digital Learning and Innovation, co-chairs the MassRobotics Work of the Future Committee, and is a Board Member of the Boston-based edtech accelerator and convener LearnLaunch. His new book about the implications of robotics/AI for education and the workforce, co-authored with Greg Toppo of Inside Higher Ed, is under contract with MIT Press.
